Personal Development to Separate Yourself from Low Vibes

This topic came to me when I was listening to a podcast recently where @projectme_with_tiffany was interviewing @theartistmonetbeauty. It was very eye-opening and special because Monet starts discussing how to surround yourself with “high” vibrational people. This has helped her stay patient and keep her set on her goals.

Are There People with High or Low Vibrations?

Yes, this is very much true. There are high and low vibrational people. We must surround ourselves with those people that are on the same vibration or the same wavelength as ourselves.

Examples of these individuals are those who have the same goals as we do or those who care about the same things we care about in this world. These people will help and support us in reaching those goals that we both strive to achieve.

Applying This Reality to Our Businesses

This can be applied to our businesses, as well. We must choose the clients and businesses we work with for us to help each other out.

Be careful of low vibrational people whose actions can creep into our daily lives. They don’t necessarily have to be the people we work with. They can come as those who gave a simple comment when you’re out shopping. Those comments can stick and have an effect on our minds and lives which might be detrimental to our growth.

We must do our best not to be affected by the comments. A lot of times, the people who are giving you these limiting beliefs are very judgmental of themselves.

Tips to Avoid Negative Vibrations

The following tips will help us avoid the negative vibrations in our lives.

1. Set boundaries.

Weed out potential negative people in your life by setting boundaries. When talking to someone, limit the topics that both of you agree on or topics that don’t incite disparity of opinions. In business, set conditions. Ask questions first before working with them.

2. Don’t be afraid to build abundance into what you do with your clients.

Since you generally work with the people you already vibe with, don’t be afraid to build more value for yourself and what you do. Make it a goal to let other people feel that they can depend on you and feel at ease working with you.

3. Say NO!

Don’t be afraid to say no. In business, you must not work with clients that do not line up with your goals. It doesn’t help. Do them a favor. Let go. Recommend somebody else. Free yourself from the stress and the negative vibrations that come with it. Seeing it this way, letting go, and saying NO is not a bad thing. It is an act of being mature, knowing what you want to do, and your limitations.

Takeaway

I hope this topic helps you out. Surrounding yourself with the people you have the same beliefs with can help a lot. They can support you with reaching your goals. Avoid surrounding yourself with people that have negative vibrations with you. Remember what I’ve said before, this can be applied to business as well. We always must choose the clients and businesses we work and connect with.

That is really what The End in Mind is all about. We are all about finding this alignment. You get back connected with yourself and follow your intuition. You're not letting anyone else pull you off of that trajectory - no matter what happens.
