First, we set boundaries around instagram that will help you clear the clutter from your brain, giving you time to get creative and making sure you’re developing content from your heart, without focussing on the IG hustle culture.

Next we identify your clients, who they are and how you want to come across to them in your branding. Since you ‘re a business owner, you know who you’re speaking to, but we will talk about how to actually find them on Instagram and communicate with them, in an authentic way—don't worry, the answer to this is a lot easier than you think.

Next we move on to understanding the logistics. Not only will you learn how to manage your insights, you'll learn how to monitor when more ideal client followers are engaging with your content, so you can continue to recreate content that you know is already working for your audience.

After we get through the logistics, we get quiet. That's right, you probably didn't see that coming. We connect to our intuition when we can be quiet with ourselves, using meditations and creative outlets to help us fall back into our creative ways (even if you’ve never had one, trust me this will work for you)! 

Speaking from the heart doesn't come easy, especially if it's the first time that we're doing it. I will walk you through all of the limiting beliefs you may have around sharing your stories, and getting vulnerable on instagram. When I started sharing my story I was able to multiply my revenue by ten times in a year. This framework works, not just for me, also for my clients.
