A Chat with EmsEmpath
What are those limiting beliefs that you keep holding on to? Wouldn’t you just want to reach that point in your life when you could actually haul those blocks for release?
A lot of these blocks and beliefs came up when I had my sessions with Emily, who is my special guest in this podcast episode. Emily is a Theta Healing practitioner and Alchemy coach.
In her own words, Emily explains that Theta Healing works to “consciously alter your brainwave states.” The intention is for you to reach a coherent state so that you could access the most malleable part of the mind, which is the subconscious. This is the part of us that holds outdated programming, which, once accessed, could be released and reprogrammed with the belief that you actually want to live out of.
Digging Up My Past
My Theta Healing session enabled me to revisit my childhood trauma of growing up with a learning disability. I remembered the days when a lot of the people in my direct community did not understand what I had, and there were comments that have negatively affected me. I am a highly sensitive person and so these comments have deeply triggered these emotions that I have discovered to develop over time. Through these sessions, I was able to retrace the reasons and triggers of my sensitive nature back to that moment of hearing other people’s negative responses to my learning disability.
The Three Essentials
These healing sessions with Emily brought me to an understanding of the three essential aspects in our lives, which, when unmet, would build layers upon layers of how we feel safe in the world.
These essentials are:
☑ I am unlovable.
☑ I am alone.
☑ I am unworthy/I am not good enough.
Every single person will have one of, if not all, three of these essentials based on what the subconscious energy is. You will see how it affects each and every area of your life unconsciously. So, it's trickled into all these different areas of your life, especially the ones that may not be in that position that you want it to be.
So, maybe you don’t want to be where your career is right now, or you don’t like how your relationship is doing at the present. These reactions would boil down to these three scarcity mindsets, and as a result, we will try to make everyone feel that this is normal. So, in a sense, there is a unifying factor for everybody that you and I know that we all suffer in some way. But the real bottom-line would be, all our suffering would just really boil down to our want to feel loved, taken care of, or be approved that we’re good enough.
You Can Break It, Too!
It is truly empowering to understand that once we have settled our subconscious mind, we can initiate life-changing decisions. Once we can access our subconscious mind, once we identify what our limiting beliefs are, we could redefine these and truly start living the life that we intend to. There is more to discover in my chats with Emily, so be sure to tune in to this episode.
