Unlock Joy Now: Live in the Moment Before Reaching Your Financial Goals

Fellow entrepreneurs, this one’s for you!

Many of us tend to constantly think about the next big thing, future desires, and upcoming goals. Often, we don’t feel good about our current lives and fail to enjoy what we have created. However, it's essential to enjoy the present moment. We are privileged to direct our time and energy in ways that we choose.

The Pressure of Societal Expectations

No matter where we are in the world, we all face societal pressures. As humans, we have the freedom and higher consciousness to make our own decisions. Despite this, many of us lead fast-paced lives, constantly talking about money and societal expectations of success. We inadvertently create our own rat race, even during leisure activities like hanging out with friends or relaxing by the beach. This often leaves us feeling miserable.

Overcoming Societal Pressure

This brings up a question I’ve been pondering, “Why can’t everything I have right now be enough for now?” Yes, we have desires and future goals, but in the present, we should recognize that we are doing great. Adopting an entrepreneurial mindset can help us appreciate our current achievements and find joy in the journey.

The Luckiest Person in the World

My coach, Eva, often says, “I’m the luckiest girl in the world.” If we truly consider it, we are indeed the luckiest people, even if just for a moment when we do what we love. Isn’t that amazing?

As Joe Dispenza mentions in his podcast, many people force themselves through life—working out, starting businesses, marketing, etc. We constantly push ourselves. What would it feel like to wake up each day, ask what you want to do today, and then just do it? It really can be that simple. This shift in mindset is a key aspect of developing an entrepreneurial mindset.

Finding Joy and Abundance

When we were younger, our primary goal was to have fun with family and friends, often to the extent of not wanting to go to school. We wanted to enjoy life. However, over the years, we have been trained to believe there’s a specific way to live, leading to feelings of misery. We wonder why we aren’t creating the lives we desire because we haven't stopped to connect with ourselves and ask what we truly want. Cultivating an entrepreneurial mindset can help us reconnect with our true desires and live more fulfilling lives.

The more pressure we apply, the less abundance will flow.

Live Your Life for You

I’m not suggesting that we ignore our needs like money or providing for ourselves. Instead, I’m saying that during moments of fun, gentleness, learning, and expansion, abundance flows. So if you’re experiencing this struggle and need someone to talk to about marketing, business life, or anything else, feel free to DM me on Instagram @meraki_media_management.

Conclusion

Remember, achieving a balance between pursuing financial goals and enjoying the present moment is crucial for long-term success and happiness. Implementing an abundance mindset and managing stress effectively can help you lead a more fulfilling entrepreneurial life. Embrace an entrepreneurial mindset to find joy in the journey and unlock the abundance that comes with living in the present.
